The Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival to exclusively source citrus from Mahi Pono

July 03, 2025 | Maui Now

In 2025, the Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival (“HFWF”) will source all of its lemons and limes from Mahi Pono.  This partnership is a continuation of HFWF’s efforts to support local agriculture and promote food sustainability across Hawai‘i's food and beverage industry.

“We’ve built the infrastructure to supply Maui limes across the state, and we encourage chefs, bars, restaurants, and retailers to ask their distributors for them,” said Shan Tsutsui, Mahi Pono’s Chief Operating Officer.  “When more businesses choose local, we all help strengthen Hawaii’s agricultural future.”
