Plant Controller, MP Packing Co.
Mahi Pono is seeking a Plant Controller, MP Packing Co. responsible to oversee and manage all financial aspects of the plant's operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control. Candidate must have a strong background in manufacturing finance and a keen understanding of the fresh produce industry. The Plant Controller will also provide reporting and recommendations for continuous site performance improvement, to include upgrading the MP Packing Co. financial systems to integrate our production line accounting into NetSuite ERP. Must possess a degree in Finance or Accounting from a four-year college. Must have 5-10 years of experience in financial management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the fresh produce industry. CPA or CMA is strongly preferred. Journeyman/Industrial Mechanic
Mahi Pono is seeking an Industrial Mechanic. One-year minimum journeyman mechanic experience preferred. Industrial Mechanic must be able to work on new installations, to include preventative maintenance, repairs, inspection, testing, and adjustments on equipment to existing equipment and facilities. Required to work at both our meat processing and slaughter facilities. Must be able to work in a very cold environment. Able to lift 60 lbs.
